Please be advised that for Quick-Ship order(s), the availability and expected shipping times for certain products may vary. It may take 30-90 days for our vendors to dropship orders based on availability. Due to our wide variety of vendors, different products may arrive separately.
Special / Custom order(s)
For special and custom ordered products it may take 16-24 weeks to arrive.

DELIVERY:
Local White Glove Delivery Service
White Glove service includes a delivery appointment, inside placement up to 1 flight of stairs, assembly, and removal of large packaging materials. Please note, this service does not include installation of wall mounts for products.
Standard Shipping
Your cart will reflect the different shipping options for each item.
Our Standard Shipping option includes delivery to the threshold, which is defined as the "first dry area," such as a garage or lobby/service area of a high-rise building, unless shipped with UPS or a small parcel carrier that requires a signature upon delivery. It is important to note that this delivery service does not include stairs leading to the front door or first dry area.
PICK-UPS
Customers are responsible for bringing appropriate packaging materials and sufficient manpower when picking up merchandise. Prior to loading the merchandise into their vehicle, customers are responsible for inspecting it. Please note that Nouvelle Furnishings, is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the loading, transportation, or unloading of the merchandise.
LOST PARCELS
If your package appears to have been delivered to the shipping address associated with your order but you haven't received it, Nouvelle Furnishings cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or replacement of the items. However, we're committed to helping you locate lost parcels by assisting you with filing a trace and claim with the carrier.
DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Most of our products come with a one-year parts and labor warranty, and our product experts can provide you with detailed information about your specific purchase. If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it. Keep in mind that most manufacturers require a service call to diagnose the issue, and the manufacturer will decide whether to repair or replace the item.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please accept the delivery and sign off with the carrier indicating that it was "damaged upon arrival." Don't forget to take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging, including the PI label for upholstered products. If an item or part is completely unusable due to structural damage, please refuse delivery of that specific item or part only. Please note that claims for damage must be submitted within three (2) calendar days of delivery, and photographs must be attached to your claim within the same timeframe. Claims received after three (2) calendar days beyond delivery will not be accepted.
